Tom
pays a five dollar royalty fee per pen to the organization
for the rights to do this, which goes to the
Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation.
Through
the foundation, the Rangers are committed to building
youth baseball parks in
Dallas and Tarrant counties and providing scholarships
to outstanding high school students each year.
In addition, numerous educational incentive programs
are provided for area youth.
Not
only does the purchase of these pens make a truly interesting
conversation and collectible piece,
they also help a very good cause for the coming generations.
