If you are considering placing an order for any of our products,
Please read the following:

  (Be sure and include the Model Number and your Zip Code in order for us to calculate shipping/handling)

• We will reply to your e-mail with a complete quotation with your EXACT TOTAL COST, including shipping/handling. We will include all information necessary for you to place your order.
  
• (We do not charge state sales tax for out of Texas shipments. Applicable taxes, if any, payable by purchaser)
• Each and every order receives personal attention, and is processed, by the owner.
• You will receive e-mail with the following information:
  A copy of your PAID INVOICE to print for your records.
  A copy of the fax we send to the warehouse to ship your order.
• If your product is shipped via Motor Freight:
  You will receive, via e-mail, complete tracking information of when it was shipped and when it should arrive.
